Website consultation forms

Our consultation form uses FormSubmit to process the details you enter and send them to our business email. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days under its service documentation. It also uses spam-protection checks. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms. We may add your contact, property and request details to Jobber to manage your inquiry and requested services. Please do not include payment details, access codes or other sensitive information in the form.

Advertising platforms

If you submit information through a Meta or other advertising-platform lead form, the platform sends the information you chose to provide to us. The platform also handles information under its own privacy terms. We use the lead information to respond to your request and follow up about EverClear services.

Sharing and retention

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, communicate with customers, manage advertising or provide requested services. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and our legal or business records.
